Test pressing information – Office Building Project

The center of the static test pile is the test pile located in the construction location. The piles used are load-bearing piles official structure after static testing. Reinforced concrete pile cross-section: 350 x350. Calculated load capacity of pile: Ptk= 73.34 tons. Maximum expected test load: Ptnmax= 150 tons. Expected maximum displacement: 35mm (10% pile cross-section).

Experimental methods

The experiment was conducted using the method of using static load applied axially to the reinforced concrete pile, so that under the effect of pressure, the pile sank deeper into the ground. The load applied to the pile head is done by hydraulic jacks with a reaction system that is a loading platform with a load of ≥ 120% Ptn, Ploadinmax = 1.2 Ptn. The data on load, displacement, deformation... obtained during the experiment are the basis for analyzing and evaluating the load-bearing capacity and load-displacement relationship of piles in the ground. Pile depth after testing 01 heart is 28.6 meters.
