located in Vinh Chau town, Soc Trang province.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has a total installed capacity of 98 MW, invested in three phases, starting on January 30, 2018.<br> Phase 1 has an installed capacity of 30 MW, with 15 wind turbines with a capacity of 2 MW each.<br> Phase 2 has an installed capacity of 30 MW.<br> Phase 3 has an installed capacity of 38 MW.<br> The project has a land area
