The project is constructed on the existing premises of Cu Lao Tao Petroleum Warehouse by PV Oil As the investor, PXT is the direct contractor. On November 10th, at the Cu Lao Tao Oil and Gas Storage Depot (Vung Tau City), the Petroleum Pipeline and Storage Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PXT) collaborated with the Vietnam Oil Corporation (PV Oil) to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Expansion" project.
