LE THY Was Established
In 2007, Le Thy Company Limited was founded, serving as the predecessor of today’s Le Thy Construction Company Limited. The company was established by Mr. Le Hoang Phuong, who came from a business administration background but possessed a strong passion for the construction industry. His academic training and technical research in construction engineering in the United States and Australia laid the foundation for LE THY’s technical mindset and sustainable development orientation. Piling Construction Development
During this period, the company focused on expanding its concrete pile driving operations and concrete pile manufacturing. Its construction capabilities were progressively demonstrated through numerous civil and industrial projects. Establishment of Le Thy Construction Company Limited – Technology Innovation
Le Thy Construction Company Limited was officially established, marking a major milestone in its development strategy. The company focused strongly on Larsen sheet pile installation using robotic systems and shoring king-post bracing solutions for underground and tunnel projects. At the same time, significant investments were made in advanced machinery such as specialized cranes and pile-driving robots, enhancing construction capacity and technical precision.
Strengthening Construction Capabilities
During this stage, the company made substantial investments in specialized machinery for foundation construction. New advanced equipment such as self-propelled pile-driving robots, piling rigs, and rock drilling machines were added to its fleet. Mastery of both technology and equipment enabled Le Thy to meet the demands of technically complex projects and challenging construction conditions.
Breakthrough Development – Establishing Market Leadership
This period marked Le Thy’s remarkable growth in equipment, workforce, and project scale. The company expanded its construction portfolio to include ports, wind power facilities, and office towers, gradually participating in large and complex developments. Notably, Le Thy was honored to take part in the construction of the new U.S. Embassy project in Cau Giay District, Hanoi, with a total investment of approximately USD 1.2 billion—affirming its international-level capability and reputation.
Future Development Strategy
From 2026 onward, Le Thy will expand its operations into the trading and leasing of specialized construction equipment. At the same time, the company will standardize its governance, financial management, and human resources in accordance with international standards. Its long-term objectives include pursuing an initial public offering (IPO), listing on the stock exchange, and achieving sustainable growth on a large scale.
