LE THY was founded by Mr. Le Hoang Phuong in 2007, graduating from business administration school. However, his burning passion for the construction industry led him to study in the US and Australia to study construction techniques in depth. He not only learns from top engineers, but also enjoys an international environment to stay ahead of the latest trends.

After years of rigorous training, Mr. Phuong returned to his hometown with the goal of creating an outstanding construction corporation. LE THY not only focuses on constructing projects, but also sets a larger goal of creating a team of talented and enthusiastic employees. He aspires to contribute to the strong development of the country, with lasting and powerful projects.

The results of that dedication and desire have been shown through LE THY's great achievements. From constructing office buildings and important wharves, to participating in important renewable energy and infrastructure projects. A dedicated and creative staff team, along with advanced construction techniques learned from developed countries, have created the strong and prestigious LE THY brand today.
