January 2018, At POSCO E&C Vietnam Office, Diamond Plaza Building, City. In Ho Chi Minh City, the signing ceremony to build the EAFD recycling plant of ZOCV Joint Stock Company took place with Posco Mechanical and Construction Company as the main contractor.

Construction Construction of EAFD recycling plant Construction will begin at Phu My 3 Industrial Park, City. Vung Tau with the purpose of the project is to produce zinc oxide by treating 100,000 tons/year of furnace dust generated from the steel production process in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
