In January 2018, at the POSCO E&C Vietnam office in the Diamond Plaza building, Ho Chi Minh City, a signing ceremony took place for the construction of the EAFD recycling plant by ZOCV Joint Stock Company, with Posco Mechanical and Construction Company as the main contractor.

Construction Construction of EAFD recycling plant Construction will begin at Phu My 3 Industrial Park, City. Vung Tau with the purpose of the project is to produce zinc oxide by treating 100,000 tons/year of furnace dust generated from the steel production process in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
