Happy Furniture Factory specializes in manufacturing and processing outdoor furniture for export, such as sofas, sofa covers, foam mattresses, etc., and is located in the VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park, covering an area of 17.8 hectares with a total floor area of 58,500 m².²; Construction time is expected to be within 225 days.

This is the third time Le Thy Construction Co., Ltd. has had the honor of signing a contract with Dinco for the construction of the "Supply and installation of 300x300 reinforced concrete piles" for the "Happy Furniture Factory" project. Previously, Le Thy collaborated on the construction of the "Drilling and installation of D400 reinforced concrete piles" at the Heineken Vietnam Da Nang brewery in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park in November 2017 and the Heineken Quang Nam brewery, which commenced construction in December 2015.
