The project, constructed by the Ministry of National Defense's Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation, has a total construction area of nearly 14,000 square meters, designed with 9 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, comprising 134 apartments, each ranging in size from 46.5 to 73 square meters.²; Total project investment capital is 220 billion VND.
