1. Cast pile type:

According to the detailed pile design, RC piles

2. Prepare the pile casting ground:

With an area of 9,400 mLand used, of which: - Steel processing factory area is 1,200 m2 with full machinery and equipment for production such as cutting, bending, punching, corrugated iron cutting, compressing machines... - Yard area of 8,200 m2 production, molding and drying of concrete; More than 200 sets of shaped pile casting molds made of steel and T-gauge glassfrom 250x250x12000 to 500x500x12000. Before pouring concrete, the surface must be cleaned and all piles of other constructions must be gathered in one position at the inner corner of the yard.

 3. Equipment used for casting reinforced concrete piles:

– Chinese 500 liter concrete mixer

– Korean + Chinese water pump

– Vietnamese welding machine

– A-shaped crane Q = 5 tons.

– Chinese compactor

– Chinese bending cutting machine

– Steel formwork types 200, 250, 300,350

4. List of main supplies:

– Water: Use drilled well water through a filtration system that has been tested for stable water for long-term use.

5. Formwork work:

– Use shaped steel formwork with full support accessories, supports, etc., the surface of the formwork must be flat and coated with a layer of non-stick waste oil. The surface of the pile casting yard must be flat, smooth and coated with non-stick waste oil.

– Steel formwork must be square with the ground surface, supported by a shaped system and adjusted in size with wooden wedges, the distance of the posts is 1.5 ¸ 2 meters.

– Formwork with steel or wooden ends is smoothed to create a flat surface and must be perpendicular to the formwork on both sides.

6. Reinforcement fabrication and erection work:

– The main steel reinforcement is straightened and cut to the correct size, ensuring the steel is of the correct design type.

– Stirrup reinforcement is pulled straight by winch, cut by bending cutter, bending table or machine according to the design size, stirrup spacing meets design requirements.

– The steel belt is connected to the main steel with a steel wire tied 1 cup.

– The main steel is connected to the pile head detail box by welding, using Viet Duc welding rods.

– The pile head detail box is machined to ensure that the four edges of the pile face must lie on the same plane, ensuring it is square according to the design size.

– The pile reinforcement is processed and erected for each cage according to the design and is accepted by supervisor A before being installed into the formwork.

7. Concrete piles:

– Concrete for casting piles will be used with a 500 liter mixer, mixed according to the designed concrete mix.

– The speed of the mixer and crane moving to the location where concrete needs to be poured, both going and returning, is ³ 8 minutes.

– Sand and stone before mixing concrete must be clean, free of impurities, and tested to check particle composition. Use a 1.5 KW compactor to compact concrete piles, compact wherever the concrete is poured, and use a trowel surface to finish the surface.

– The outside surface of the pile must be flat and smooth. The pile head plane must be smooth and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pile. For tip sections, the tip of the pile must coincide with the center of the pile.

– During the process of pouring concrete, the pile must regularly take samples for testing according to regulations.

– Curing concrete piles after casting is done using the natural curing method. After pouring concrete for about 4 ¸ 6 hours, when the concrete surface is firm and does not sink with hand pressure, proceed with watering for maintenance. . Continuous curing time is at least 3 ¸ 7 days depending on wet or dry weather, the following days always keep the structure in a moist state.

– When concrete reaches 25 % design strength (after 12 - 16according to the prescribed experiment) then proceed to dismantle the formwork. Use red paint to write on the pile head and face: name of pile section (C1; C2), date of pile casting.

8. Measures to ensure quality and progress:

Construction complies with normative processes in basic construction, ensuring Vietnamese standards according to the following types of work:

– TCVN 4055 – 1985: Construction organization.

– TCVN 4453-1995: Entire concrete and reinforced concrete structures – Rules for construction and acceptance.

– TCVN 5592-1991: Heavy concrete – Natural curing requirements

– TCVN 4252 – 1988: Rules for construction and acceptance – Procedures for establishing construction accounts.

– TCVN 1770 – 1986: Construction sand – Technical requirements

– TCVN 1771 – 1986: Construction crushed stone – Technical requirements

– TCVN 1651 – 1985: Construction steel – Technical requirements

– TCVN 4586 – 1987: Water for concrete and mortar – Technical requirements

During the construction process, the unit strictly implements the acceptance process as follows:

– Acceptance of steel reinforcement – Acceptance of formwork – Pouring concrete.
